The growth and development of any society depends on prudent management that can bring the people of that society to growth and development through the application of behavioral management. Failure to pay attention to behavior management leads to the destruction of an organization. The formation of a rupture between the cultural values of society and government, the gap between intellectual elites, technological changes, the lack of a common vision of the organization's vision and goals and the lack of necessary indicators and standards to evaluate appropriate behaviors are among the most important threats to behavior. Knowing and applying the right behavior makes the organization environment more interesting and increases productivity. There are different approaches to research in organizational behavior. The most important of these approaches is discourse analysis. In this article, the harms of organizational behavior have been investigated using discourse analysis method.
